hey.. i posted about your light setup in another thread. Might be better to talk about it here. So i want to do something similar or at least supplement my current cab light with side lights. I am think about doing 6w GU-10 bulbs all along the sides to get light below the canopy.

Did you wire your setup in parallel? and what driver are you using?

Thanks for taking a look. The bulbs are 9 watt led 900 lumens a piece (allegedly). All Except two are dollar general brand and the light diffusers come off fairly easy when they are warm. They were just glued on. The middle bulb and one other are GE bulbs. I think 9 watts still but the diffusers have to be cut off those ones. The drivers and everything are built into the bulbs, they are meant to replace conventional 60 Watt bulbs. The e 27 bases are all wired in parallel Just like you would do to install in a house. It's dark time right now but tomorrow I'll measure the dimensions for you guys.

Another secret I found out, which may be specific to my exact conditions, I'm not really sure, I don't really use 12-12. After days scouring the interweb I started using 13-11, got lots of hermies and plants took 21 to 28 days to show sex from germination. I knew there had to be a better way. After more searching I learned that 11:15-12:45 (if I can remember where I found this I will post it) is actually ideal. After switching to this light cycle I got 50 % less hermies from bag seed and good seed and also sex showing around 14 days, no later than 21 days. Then my sweet digital timer failed out on me and now I'm running my back up which only works in 30 minute increments so now I run 11:30 on, 12:30 off with pretty good results.

I'm starting running a 12/12 seed system also and will try it out? Don't they really need a solid 12 hours of sleep minimum?

If you replace that shiney metallic stuff with Panda Film you might get even better results.
Shiney metal doesn't reflect light as good as white, panda film is awesome and super cheap (black one side black the other, like a panda). Or orca film too, same shit essentially

Have you tried cutting above the second leaf and regrowng? I read a journal and the guy grew each plant three times, he said his second harvest was always the biggest.
