Micro grow related questions..

OK so to start I've grown in wide open green houses and outdoors in gardens when I was in Humboldt. I'm now back east and decided to attempt a stealth box. The current plant is just random seed. I'm waiting for auto fems to arrive. My questions are numerous. I've been smoking so bare with me. I'm using a pc box lined with the first question. A emergency blanket. I've keep seeing what I assume is a windshield sun reflector cut up? Whats the ideal solution for cheap? Lighting. I am forced to use spiral CFLs laying around the house I had 2700k set and a 4100k 18w set. Which would be best for veg. ( I can set up blue led strips to attempt to correct the 4100k spectrum?) I know 6400k for CFLs is ideal but again what I have currently until I can produce enough of a plant to justify spending more. As I am skeptical about the size of the box. Any help is appreciated.

As for reflection. I notice a white pool deck can nearly blind you when the sun hits it. I put aluminum foil down shiny side up. To me white seems to reflect light better.

thee issue is i am using a pc box as a micro grow platform. Ive seen it done before, and the videos i have found online persuaded me to give it a try once and for all. I know the yield willbe minimal in comparison to other set ups, i know the random seed i have currently growing is going to be a hermaphrodite - this stage of the game is about could my set up work as is, and when my real seeds arrive should i wait out the law (im in vermont) or do a cycle in the box while waiting. everyday i see growth on the plant currently, so i am assuming its working well with 2 4100k 1250lumens (each) cfls. i pump in a few hours of led blue light today to try and maintain the correct light warmth, but as i said before it seems to be working so far. i'll take another picture and post it in a few

humidity seems on average around 40% i want it higher but everything but throwing a bag over the plant isnt working out welll. temp wise i am a consistently beautiful 77 Fahrenheit
