Mid-eighties too hot for budding?

I read where plants that are budding do best in mid-seventies type weather.
It's suppose to be in the mid-eighties all week and close to ninety a couple of those.
I watered (flushed) them yesterday. (before the heatwave). I'm not too worried, should I be
I'll be checking on them againTuesday to see how they are doing.

I think mid eighties is the best temp. Hell, my greenhouse averages 100° mid to late summer.

ya...i have to say i think all this high 70's low 80's temp thing is BS...some of the best strains in the world come from the hottest climates in the world...landrace sativas for instance in africa...high 90's is hot here, but imagine mid-late summer temps in africa! if you think about it, marijuana grows trichomes for sunscreen...so who wouldnt want more of them on your bud? im sure there is a limit to heat, but i doubt high 80's, or low 90's would have a negative effect.

The only draw back to higher temps I've ever run into was that the higher the temps the more the plants reeked. My room was at 95 one year for about a month. You could smell them down the driveway. Thank God no Jehovahs witnesses came by. LOL

when Jehovah"s come up my drive I try to make them see the light. I ask them if they want to witnesses something really great. pull out a fatty and spark it up.

Yep, Higher temps make spider mites more active also.
