So we aquired this cut from harborside, & it was sold as a strain called snowman (im assuming its a replicate of cookie fams snowman), anyhow...when we got it, it was purple from the stalks all the way to the bottom of the fan leaves, which we originally thought to be a phosphate def.,
After several weeks & several feedings of max sea, were still looking @ a very purple/lavender color plant. everything else in the garden looks great & without any sign of any deficiancy. But yet this lady refuses to change. I suppose i could be a lockout? But im gonna try to stay positive & hope this is just a freak trait in the strain. Also another oddball about this girl is while all the other strains are real fibrous in make up & branches tend to break relatively easily, snowman on the other hand is very fleshy & rubbery, to the point where if i pull a fan leaf, the whole plant will want to come with it. ....one more thing........THE STEM RUB! When i rub the stems im getting the most unique scent ive ever come across in 8 outdoor seasons. This girls staying in the arsenal for sure! She was a bitch to clone, but i got her...
However, there are some downsides to her....... Slow growing, i can tell shes gonna be a low yeilder, & a fairly "dainty" plant for the most part.
Anybody else running this cut outdoor this year? Or experiencing anything similiar with it? I dont know much about the strain nor can i find much info on it, but i cant wait till this girls in week 6...if im seeing odd stuff now, now telling what late flower holds.......
