idk...there may be a lot of exceptions to it, or it may have been repealed or whatever.
ok I can't find any legislation on it, however I think it's only for violent offenses. I think California is the only state that counts non violent felonies for it. I did a report on it once but It was a long time ago and I don't have it any more so I can't remember the details...

oh i got nothing pending, thank whoever you choose to thank. i was just curious. i coulght my felony for poss w/int. in '02. did my time a long time ago. just curious about the 3-strikes thing. and ever since i got full custody of my daughter, i keep a atty on retainer...never can be too carefull
