mighty wash and clones question

I am taking cuttings from a plant that has mites. I am using a dome and root riot starting cubes. My question is because mighty wash is 99.9% water, if I take cuttings from a mother plant that has mites, and use the mighty wash to keep foliage wet, will that keep the plants wet while killing the mites? Should I use it every day or just spray once a week? has anyone ever tried this? thanks in advance for the help in advance.

Dip the cutting in that shit then keep your eyes peeled.
I think using it as water is expensive and I really do not know if it is a bad idea.

They will not like being in that humidity dome and being sprayed with npk a few times will fix ya up but keep us posted.
Always nice to hear results, positive or negative.

if you dip a cut in mighty wash and give it a little swirly I bet every mite and egg on that cut dies .
one application is all it takes with mighty wash BUT you have to hit them. a dip is good.

I've done it. Cut and dip in MW. Spray dome once a day with it to keep humidity up. After roots show done is off and nights are gone. But spray once a week anyways. Also do the same with pm wash if I got some PM. If you buy as much as I do a cup or two in clone isn't much at all.

jesus are you stalking me???haha.
I've heard of people having a problem with PM after using mighty wash so maybe humidity and mighty wash isn't a great idea, I dunno. personally I haven't had a pm problem due to using mighty wash.

and when they get bigger apply that shit with an airless paint sprayer, I'm serious as can be, that does a trick.

update, the clones were doing the normal wilting. I checked them at 12:00 and it is now 3:00 and they are already bouncing back. I did not dip them just sprayed them with mighty wash before putting them in the dome. the plants look to be bouncing back already, however, on a couple of leafs, I am having leafs curling inward from the edges of the leafs to the center and they have turned dark green. I suspect it was the mighty wash that has done this. I have sprayed them with water again and I don't think I'm going to spray with MW today, maybe after there is no more wilting.

2012-09-24_01-01-30_364.jpg after almost 36 hours they're looking good! I'll spray them with mighty wash again tomorrow. btw does anyone have an explanation about why some of the leafs darkened and curled? they remain curled but don't feel crispy.
