ok so i have a couple plants, now, i Miss judged how much soil I would need for them..so i ran short by alot. I live on a farm
so i have a HUGE field filled with soil..but the problem is ive tryed it before and the soil just looks like straight DIRT. but on the other hand I could be judgeing a book by its cover because ive witnessed the lush plants that grow out of it come time ..like corn..soy beans..etc. so i want an opinion or someone who knows what to do...i have plenty of nutes for the soil and i know fields already have really healthy rich nutes. but it drys fast and doesnt seem to soak up the water really well.

sorry kind of made a mess on this one because the last one i typed a HUGE couple paragraphs but lost internet :( so i had to re type it.
SHOULD I USE THE FIELD SOIL? OR MIX IT WITH SOME PLOTTING SOIL OR NOT TOUCH IT AT ALL?

Although soil is pretty cheap, use it. You might want to get some perlight or vermiculight to add. The medium doesn't necessarily need tons of raw nutes. Some people grow in coco choir or peatmoss as long as you give the plant the food it needs to flourish. But not knowing what in your soil you should probably wait to feed it until it shows that it needs some extra food. Good luck.
