Interesting...if I like the results I may try that next time. I tried a seedling straight in Ocean Forest last time and the poor little thing didn't grow for two weeks and just looked burnt as hell. After establishing her roots she came back strong but the experience sure made me cautious what medium I stick seedlings in.

Yup. Ocean forest is abit hot for seedlings. I tamed it down with composted sheep manure and no burning. I dodged a bullit because of others before me having the same problems. Mirical grow is user friendly and doesn't burn sprouts as long as nothing is added
 
So this grow has become a single plant grow now. Sorry to disappoint but one seedling was just struggling real hard after I transplanted it which I shouldn't of done but oh well. My remaining plant Gwyndolin is going strong and I'll just be doing her up in coco.

FINALLY GOT AN INLINE FAN WOO!

Apollo Horticulture 440CFM with a built in speed controller.

My seedling is getting some yellowing and a burn spot I misted it with my feed water without thinking. Does anyone else think the light yellowing on the leaves means it's time to start adding in more to my feeding? I mixed 1ML into a gallon Dyna-Gro Grow and have been watering with that every other day. No burnt tips so I can only think she is hungry.

I grow in Nature's Care, the OMRI organic line from MG without synthetic or extended release nutes. The substrate is coco, sphagnum, and yucca. It works really well.

It's a few posts back but I'm down to one plant so this is now a straight coco grow. I'm saving the Nature's soil for my next plant or maybe some clones that I'll throw straight into 12/12.

You'll be impressed, as it's not like the other MG stuff. No burn, no hassle, all organic.

That is a cool coincidence. You're sitting at like 4K messages. Probably about 3/4 of them are just you showing off your girls huh? ;) Just playing.

You know much about coco? I'm wondering if I should feed my seedling with a stronger mix.
 
So I've been keeping an eye on my temp gauge and I've brought the tent temperature down to 80 F from 90 F - 100 F. I have a window unit in the room I grow in that is on a lot so my inline fan is moving the hell out of the cool fresh air in the room through the tent and pulling out all that nasty hot stagnant air that I couldn't get rid of before only jostle around with fans. I'm hoping to see maybe a difference in my plants growth now that I have a steady control over the temperature.

Humidity is stuck around 40% though. Very low for this stage but as the plant grows the humidity in my tent rises with it so I'm sure in a week or two it'll be acceptable. I might try leaving a water pan or something in there to bring it up some, are there any other tricks you guys have tried or know to raise humidity? I have zero financial assets at the time so buying a humidifier is out of the question.

Yeah, NC is mostly coco. It drains well AND retains water. Mg, P, and K can be leached (flushed by accident) a lot easier, though. You'll need dolomite lime. And a bit of perlite. How old are they and what are you feeding them?

They are two weeks since germination, one week in veg. She has three sets of leafs and I'm feeding her this http://www.dyna-gro.com/795.htm I just mixed up a one gallon solution with about 2.5 ml of that mixed in, half the recommended dose for hydro non-circulating which I believe coco would fall under.
 
A pan of water will do nothing for humidity if the grow isnt sealed, inlines do not allow humidity to build up unless your exhausting and intaking from an already humid room. 40% is fine just forget about it. If your humidity meter is under the lights it needs shading or better still placing at the side of the tent.
