yep organic is basicly throw a seed in the woods and let mother nature take its corse

Miracle gro got my plant to this stage. But, I could have lucked out with that particular strain (bagseed). It will work, but it can be risky. Despite my results, I'm going with the FoxFarms soil next time. I think a lot of 1st time growers (like me) started off with miracle gro w/o putting much thought into it - and surprise, surprise, got decent results. This site is chuck full of the verifiable success people have with miracle gro, and some have posted their results in this thread.

I tried germinating my seeds in rockwool and rapid rooters, and I failed both times. (I thought I should've put them in deeper than 5 milimeters, but I finally got one started with Miracle Grow: Organic Choice; it's done real well so far; i'll show you day to day comparison;

(I'm only using this to get genetic clones from the mother) to start my SOG.

So obviously it's growing well; but the nutrient burn is from the FloraNova. I'm not sure how much to water it with nutes, but I did 1/4 strength doses within 3 days of each other.

I wouldn't use it for seedlings. After one foot tall it's fine
maybe mix it evenly with perlite Cant overwater with the extra perlite
