Not to be rude but I find that the people who are into the whole hydro thing are just gadget freaks. I put a lot of time and $ in cloning machines over time and found out that saran wrap and a simi clear container on a 80F heat mat has a much higher success rate. Not to mention that if you ever talk to the people that grow to win the cup awards (high times and the festival in amsterdam..never been to the Barcelona event) NEVER use lousy hydroponics. If it wasnt for greedy dick head hydroshop owners and the fact that the Netherlands dont have a lot of soil to start with there wouldnt be hydroponics. $$$$ thats what its all about...fertilizer is like perfume, cheap to make and if people knew what was actually in the stuff they wouldnt use it. Try pricing what farmers pay for a tanker of ammonia nitrate...the stuff that is responsible for 99% of the end result.
