Mirrors-White Walls- Mylar

no. mirrors are actually rather inefficient at reflecting light for growing purposes. mylar is more ideal as there is not an internal reflection process to reflect light as with mirrors. even white walls are more efficient that reflecting total light.
 
mylar is the best, but there are some plastic sheeting that works real well also. White is better than nothing but I think its albedo rate is like 70%.
