Mites or just a random web?

Hi everyone, my girls are 6 weeks into bloom and i was in there right after the light cut off so i could get some good clear bud shots and when i got the pics on my computer i noticed a small web on one of the buds. also the room im using isnt completely sealed so theres a possibility of spiders getting in. they seem to be growing fine i just dont want to lose my crop right before harvest because i neglected a web and possibly mites? let me know what you guys think and what should be my next step? thanks in advance.

Yeah it looks like a mite web. Regular spiders dont cocoon buds like that. If it is just on that one bud I would cut it off,that would get the concentration of them out. If there are multiple effected sites you can just ride it out and hope for the best, or harvest early.

Either way, make sure to clean your grow area and gear and do some preventive spraying on your next round of plants.

Take more pictures before you chop off buds. get in close and lets have a look at the leafs.

i got in there and pulled the web off and i havnt seen another one since. ill get some close up pics of the leaves today before the lights come on.

the light interrupted me but heres the pics i did get. now remember they are being flushed so leaves are showing deficiency. also had a few more questions, first off i was in there smelling the buds while i was taking pictures and couldnt help but notice that one of my plants smells literally like dog shit. no idea why. the other 3 smell great. also i posted 2 bud pics and i was told all these clones were the same strain but these two top colas look like completely different strains to me.

I can see a Web on the 1st to last pic on the very top tip going down the right side of the bud

hmmm you might be right its really hard to see. ill go in there and check it out. i zoomed in on that first leaf pic and heres what that looks like. may help but idk at this point im not sure how much dmg the mites could do if they are there. i know i dont plan to grow out there again. gonna try to get a sealed tent/room.

Yeah it is hard to see but definitely there and the white specs on surface of leaf I can see is probably sm I wouldn't worry to much they look finished now anyway
