mixing weed with cigarettes

I think the fast high and short length when people mix weed and tobacco is a nicotine buzz. You are taking bigger hits than if you were smoking a cig, and Holding it in longer.

That would give ME a headache!

Yeah I agree about the headache part, but sum1 already said it but I would assume if ur rolling up sumptin that is only herb w/o tobacco its not a spliff its a joint hence the different names.

Back home in Dallas, when I was growing up, we used to make spliffs. We'd dump out a cigarette, load it with weed (like 3/4 of the way), then throw in the tobacco. Used to smoke 'em in the parking lot at school or in the bathrooms. Used to think it covered the smell of the MJ. Nope. Good herb has a powerful ass smell. And yeah, in Holland, they do roll spliffs like that. My buddy went to a Cannabis Cup a few years back and told me all about it. Said a lot of places use really fancy tobacco for it though. Not Marlboro or Camel. Lol.

Well yeah the headaches will go away. Then you get addicted to tobacco/nicotine so you prefer the mix or a blunt. Take from a smoker man, you don't want none of this shit. I wish I had never started and now, I love to smoke. Unlike cannabis though I will probably be punished for it one day.

When I was in Amsterdam about 7 years ago that was the only way to smoke. You couldn't find a joint of pure MJ unless you rolled it yourself. Everything they sold prerolled either weed or hash was mixed with tobacco. I prefer to smoke pure MJ so I was always rolling my own. Also it was referred to as a spliff so that has always been my definition. They did roll them up pretty badass though. Like a big cone of delicousness.
