I never said it should be illigal in the first place! It should be legal for all but it's not! I'm sick I need my meds and can't afford them from lp's or the bm! So fuck any one who helped contribute to the mmar failing. It wasn't perfect but it worked. What we have now doesn't work. Will never work. Someone else's choice to fuck the system has fucked me. That's why I'm mad. Then the asshole has the balls to brag about his deeds to the people who now have a non functional mmj program. Eat a fat dick.

shipping multiple times a monthly supply in one month isn't really following the rules. if you went to the pharmacy & asked for more meds, they'd tell you you got your monthly supply.
i believe the real culprit behind this whole shitshow is HC. they didn't expect so many people to be licensed and then when they saw the money they could make, they changed their minds. mold and fires haven't been proven so I don't think that should enter the argument but that's my thought.
the fact that conversations go on like this-pitting us against each other-is sad.
we all should have choice..the Gov't took that away...they couldn't prove why so they made stuff up and then admitted they had NO facts to back up what they were saying. i have a huge issue with that one. they say all this crap in the media but when they are under oath, they change their tune completely. i would love to hear one of HC's witnesses give a speech/talk about MMJ now. would they take out the crap they couldn't prove because they had no proof or are they still preaching how evil it is

If you were previously part of the MMAR and happily growing away, why are you not now? Why no renewal? If you were diverting to the bm I can see it, but if you were straight and using for medical purposes I don't get it.

DG problems...my DG blew himself up making BHO indoors...we can't change addresses so the blown up house is the production site.
if i had the space i would love to grow! very relaxing and time just flies by

My DG licence is still valid as per Allard case. My last harvest was the day of the injunction announcement , I was complying with HC, and stopped cultivating. The uncertainty at the time of the ruling, was concerning to the patients. They decided not to grow again, it was their decision of 4, not mine. I could still be growing under the MMAR but now I just grow for personal smoke, 1 or 2 plants. 100% black market, illegal, contraband, throw me in jail cannabis plants. I'm going to grow no matter what.........
After all I'm just a criminal, I smoke to get high...... Eh G?

You were in LA two month ago buying weed from dispensaries at 20 bucks a gram...you don't so too broke. Buy BM ...support folks who care

Smoking $20 grams and having to pay for them are to differnt things. Helps when you know the right people. Without valid Cali id and Cali doctor rec no reputable cc or dispensary in the state will sell to you

He kept the status quo as of the injunction date.

Im one of those people. The only reason i got a license was to grow. I always carried "illegally" who gave a shit. Doctor knew what i was up too, he even asked me to keep him updated with different methods because his other patients also used it. Why didnt i renew? well...
My bloom cycle didnt work with the deadline HC set out.
HC said they would give my information over to the police.
From what i understood they didnt accept anything after september.
Expired 2-3 weeks before HC shut down...not enough time for HC to process the license.

These are all reasons being fought in court plus more just not wasting my time. Incase you didnt know, there are roughly 18,000 patients left out.

Im going to go on a hunch and say you didnt think your post out too much...

I renewed in Feb. According to HC website you could renew up Mar 31 2014,
