Does anyone know if mmar have to call hellth Canada or do anything to stay valid?

My one buddy says that you have to notify hellth Canada if we are still growing under the mmar? Or traveling?

He said he seen a video of Johnny B saying he was charged for not notifing hellth Canada

If anyone could clarify this it would be greatly appreciated cause I don't need any problems with the robo cops straight out of depo with something to prove in my tiny RCMP training town.

That's what I thought but just wanted to verify. I'm still curious as to what Johnny B was actually charged with?

Anyway all the mmar should start a huge coop farmers market type thing. If I remember correctly mmar is allowed to exchange not sure about sell to other patients. So if all of the small grows with some of the greatest genetics on the planet could get our buds together it would be a beautiful thing. And totally legal.

Conroy recommended that MMAR license holders register with the ACMPR, but he made it clear...it was by no means a necessity. The Injunction stands as is until someone approaches Phelan to lift it. Based on the legalization that's coming, the ACMPR is going to be kept separate from Rec and be re-evaluated in 5 years. Hellth Canaduh already has all MMAR info in their database, so there's absolutely no reason to register with the ACMPR unless you need an addy change. At this point, I would say MMAR are now grandfathered for at least the next 5-6 years.

they do what they want as they dont know what to do...and as far as they see things.. Its their free ride as well!:cuss:
they let the courts decide and charge who ever they wish!!:idea:

So has anyone who has mmar been charged and if so were the charges dropped by a judge? Cause back in 2015 my mmar was looked at by RCMP and they okayed it even with the expiry of 2014. So now it's off to court all because the pigs can't do there job properly WTF... I was sure a cop once told me ignorance is not an excuse so how can a police officer use ignorance of mmar patients rights as excuse to send them to court? So if anyone out there has mmar and been charged please chime in

there are no guarantees at this point..
except the fact that a patient carrying an(unsigned. outdated) pink piece can be charged, due to police not knowing their job ...and it will be over looked ..

Who said you need permission from HC to travel?...I don't think so....I got that little thing called the charter....just because I'm a cannabis patient does not take away my freedom to move freely through the country....I'm travelling soon...not planning on changing a thing....

and just what might this paper be that with out it, makes sick MMAR people in Canada illegal?..and whats changed?

Should be a treat to see this case go through really.. means more than most realize.

No one said you need any permission, you need a piece of paper so that when the cops stop you, you do not get charged with possession. You can argue all you want but this is the truth.
Of course if something does happen you will most likely get off, but this is so nothing happens in the first place.

Nothing should be fucking happening...I'm a patient....the notarized copy of my pinks are my piece of paper...Please point me to where this is stated.

The piece of paper is the mmar pinks. Nothing else is required. Like whatfg said, I am free to move about this country and HC does not have the power to remove my charter rights...nobody does. The mmar pinks are now court protected...hc can't do or demand shit without a judges order. I don't fly very often, but when I do I will not be treated differently because of my choice of medicine. I guarantee I can be a bigger asshole than any airport security.

it will be nice to hear the outcome of whats his name going to court with this..
will say one way or the other in how this kind of utter BS will be dealt with,
I hope the stupid cop who doesnt know his job or the idiot chief that cant enforce the laws are held accountable...but we all know they wont.

I believe johnny b's charges were dismissed on Apr 19th. an mmar friend called hc after the johnny b fiasco and asked them to send a cover letter - for showing proof to insufficiently educated peace officers if need be.
