MMJ and Drivers License Revocations

Driving under the influence laws, as with our drug war laws have been gamed pretty hard over recent decades transcending what we once considered constitutional rights in favor of "criminal justice system" growth and revenue. What is conflict of interest within our "criminal justice system" and legal system in general :confused:

A lot like slavery in 1860, it seems there may be only one way to regain integrity in the rule of law this nation was founded on ...

then you have a real case, talk to a marijuana lawyer like schmid, komorn, rudoi etc.

the SOS bastards can say whatever they want (mmma doesnt protect drivers licenses) but the SOS are wrong and the courts will tell them. even if it has to go all the way up to the michigan supreme court (has heard a dozen cases so far).

so you can either whine here on the internet, or talk to a good lawyer.
 
I did talk to a good lawyer. And the Supreme Court is expensive. I happen to be on disability because I actually have a back injury. Means I get $750 a month plus about 200 and food that's it

i think its bullshit they treated you differently because you had a mmj card.
its also bullshit lawyers want $5000 just to help you. maybe i was hoping the ACLU would take your case pro bono, seeing as how it would set some precedent.

or maybe some other lawyer worth his/her salt.

fight for your rights and all that.

So you mean to tell me that after decades of abuse, endless constitutional violations endless oath breaking, endless violence,you trust these people at all at in anyway to follow these laws? Seriously?

I fail to see how the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act relates to a federal schedule I narcotic, as such marijuana literally has "no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States".

That said, what is your understanding of the seed to sale tracking design of MMFLA as it relates to HIPAA privacy compliance or protections?
 
Has it not already been established that the lara registry is not protected by hippa? Isnt that the nonsense folks at 3ma were saying. Seems they have to either open up the registry for the POS system tracking to verify or compile there own database using the POS system at dispensary outlets..either way, certainly not going to be confidential anymore after that is implimented, at least in the way that leo can not look at the registry right now..but they will soon enough.
 
And this is why I've gone off the radar. I don't ever plan I getting another card. I never plan on quitting either.
 
the MMMA is protected by HIPAA too, just that HIPPA allows (or does not penalize) law enforcement access heh. no one actually reads HIPAA i guess.

part of the MMFLA says it will be keeping records on patient/caregivers who buy from the state licensed facilities. no idea what law enforcement is going to be doing with those records.

What rate of MMMA medicinal usage/MMFLA purchase habits will be used as probable cause to justify a raid on patients homes in 2018? Are there any HIPAA protections from/in our courts?
 
I have decided that I'm not going to get another medical marijuana card. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
 
I cannot help but see this past decade of licensing myself under MMMA a lot like the decades I wore a uniform. Failed by a bunch of unaccountable political lawyers playing a self interested game far too complex for the People to understand or give a fuck about. Let's call it the rules of engagement and consider all of our brother and sisters lost to it. Personally I cannot give up my righteous fight both then nor now because of the realities of the threat environment. Many of us who oppose tyranny on principle will pay the ultimate price ...
