As the title states..does anyone know a realtor in colorado springs that can help me find space? or any suggestions on finding a space. (I am carded and a caregiver so totally legit grow)

edit for: prefer a space at least 1k sq ft.

I've been anxiously awaiting a question like this top pop up.
I listen to, way too much ” talk radio” shows that I'm a bit embarrassed to admit..haha
But...

Freedom Financial is all over the local radio right now, REALLY pushing

Agricultural Farming
Farming Land
You can tell by the” tone” of the commercial exactly” who” their target audience is...haha.
They say the word” hobby farming” like 6 times in a short commercial.

Im moving to Colorado springs from Chicago and was wondering about finding a good friendly rental home also. I have 2 homes here already rented out. How is the housing market out there?

Housing market here is rough right now, esp rentals. Rent prices have gone up about 30% in the last couple of years, and demand is very high right now, whether buying or renting. Plan ahead, i do know of one friend who was able to move back from out of state, move into a hotel for just a couple of days while he busted his ass to find a place. They already had jobs in place, and local references, may have helped to speed up the process some.
