Mmmp delivery service questions

Hello, I was wondering and hoping that someone here could help me as i have spent days researching online the answer for my question and not coming up with a clear answer.

Dose Michigan require any special licences to legally run a delivery service and if so what ones do i need?

All the answers i have heard has been about store front despinserys and not delivery and anything ive read about delivery for Michigan fails to state if you need a licences or not.

I would think if your PROP 215 ( dr's rec ) what's the diff. if you meet people @ your location or meet somewhere / deliver

Yes i understand that and i know Michigan works out of a grey zone, there are plenty delivery services that deliver not only to there patients but to any card holder, I just want to know if there is a business licences involved to do so.

i here that you should have one if you run a store front dispensary but i dont see anything that says it about delivery service.

The Michigan Supreme court has been clear about sales being limited to patients and their registered caregivers. To comply with this ruling, cities that allowed dispensaries have let their moratoriums expire to be compliant with the state and not risk legal ramifications. However, some shops haven't shut down and have avoided getting busted by being in places where city government has better things to do then raid their shops (or they may have greased a few palms). I would guess that the vast majority of cities in Michigan would run you out of town in a heartbeat if you set up a marijuana delivery business. If you're trying to be legal, its not going to happen under state laws as they currently exist. If you want to try and make it happen anyway, do it in a place like Lansing, Ann Arbor, or Detroit where there are dispensaries operating without getting shut down by their local cops.

yup its Lansing and there are many shops open here as i work at one but wanting to bread off and start my own thing as there are plenty people who cant get to shops or dont drive that needs there meds and i would like to provide that.

I've only visited one shop in Lansing and that was the Green Market off Okemos a couple years back. As a patient I have never experienced anything like that. It made me feel so dirty that I just never returned to scope the city out further. With folks like that running those type of schemes, I assume competition will only benefit local patients. You are exactly right, it will benifit as i will run this service legit and clean. Patients can receive there meds in medical containers and not plastic bags from off there street. everything will be tested. Shout out to IRON LABS

Sure just contact LARA and request a license to illegally sell marijuana legally. I'm sure they have a form for that.

No you won't. You been told twice you can NOT do this "legit and clean" nor legally. But illegal shit happens all the time and if u wear a suit you probably won't see inside a jail cell so best advice since you are going to ignore the real best advice (don't) would be: be white, be male, be an elected official and be quiet about it.

I went downstate very briefly last weekend. I hit a few dispensaries along the way, including one on 8 mile that I've wanted to go to, due to hearing about the great meds.
I was absolutely blown away by how shitty the meds were at each of these dispensaries. Unfuckingbelievable they are selling straight up mildew weed on the top shelf!!

It is what it is, people need meds and just like there person said above lots of places giving out bs meds mildew dead bugs, mites galore. Not doing this for the money or to get rid of overages. I have high cbd strains that ive seen help people and they need the shit bad. I worked at a dispenser and all the old people that come in and tell us how hard it was to get there and this and that sad to see.
