As of right now Health Canada does not cover marijuana prescriptions, Some insurance companies do and Veterans Affairs covers it.
Hopefully now with the new Liberal Government it will be covered through Health Canada soon.

Never going to happen
They refuse to recognize any medical benefit. So no din number no coverage. But soon it will available for rec so start saving up

recreational prices are going to be lunacy..compared to medical prices.Tilray charges 14.00 a g right now for medical. (skywalker) was top notch. it will be 18 or 20 forsure for rec.

Who's gonna grow the heavy priced stuff or better question why would they sell it cheaper to patients?
Patients were just the noisy speed bumps that will hopefully not get forgotten when the gravy train rolls by.

like anything all you can do is shop for the best prices in lp's once youre a patient you can easily get on to medpotnow. with a photo copy of youre prescription.but with that being said . dispenseraries are more expensive.. but its all variety..

I keep hearing this dispensaries are more expensive then LP's and I call complete bullshit. SOME dispensaries, yes. But to say that LP's who sell trim and shake as "house blends" with false THC percentages at $9/gram is NOT cheaper. Or even their regular shwagg is over priced and irradiated most times as well as not matured fully which shows in their garbage quality. Oh and before we go the compassionate pricing route, dispensaries offer the same to those on disability as well. Kinda the whole reason they started....... Care to discuss LP tinctures and how effective or compassionately made they are next?

The dispensary I've have used before is all $7 a gram or lower....plus no tax.

Fuck LP's or even being in the mmpr....it's a greed scheme to keep us down...BOYCOTT...simple stuff.

So when i first got on the Mmpr program i was like smeagal, thinking my Precious , i didnt want to help anyone get on the program as easyily as i did.. but i had a conversation with an old friend (Xavier ) lol. he said i should be helping others get on as well it took me a year to think about his. but now im here trying to help. i have helped a few ppl locally . but i can help everyone in ontario that needs the help or info.
