MOC Northearn lights cabinet grow with FFOC

2nd grow here, just started about a week ago. Got the seeds from worldofseeds.com and they came within a week, pretty happy about that transaction. Found this old MDF cabinet for $17 at a thrift place, threw it together and painted the inside and its working out well. Also found a hydroponics store right down the street that has pretty much everything I could ever need for this, so I am very happy I wont need to order anything in the future.

I will be transplanting these guys into 75% FFOC 25% pearlite in about a week or so when they are stronger.

Cups 1 and 3 are NL, 4 is a bagseed for funzies.

Top on the 5th lateral/ node, keep a temp gauge and fan in there as plants gotta breathe too

Week 2 + Update

I transplanted them a bit early because I noticed some green fungus looking crap on the soil surface of #1. They took a few days to get adjusted but are back to growing nicely.

lookin healthy starting out. i topped mine at the 4-5 node and im pretty pleased with how they've formed from there. only suggestion is to start lsting those branches out as soon as theres enough stem to do so. I also found that cutting the corrosponding leaf under the branch after the branch begins to shoot out seems to shift the energy from growing the leaf bigger to making more nodes on said new branch. only having 3 plants to contend with tho you may not need to do as extreme defo as i did. as mine becomes a dense jungle after a week or so. good stuff tho will keep checking in on ya
