this group does an awesome job and I would encourage anyone to go to their functions and support them--
and not be afraid when your with many others--I have always seen minimum 50+people at their events
they seem to be hard core ganja tribe that won't give up even tho their in oOakland co nazi-ville....
i have been to their market a couple times and the harvest fest....had an awesome time every time
this is a good group and a strong tribe with their club-
i think it would be a good time to exercise our new 'green' law and get together and share some 'free' meds-
and support a mother market
the only way these will gro and survive is if we water them with our green dollars
we need more markets around.....and to support them-
i was glad the few times I went to their functions I was able to give them a little $$ to support their efforts--$$well spent!
....I won't mention anything about 'medicating'

I told a friend about this who I thought might be interested. He is just a patient (not a caregiver) and wants to know if he will be allowed to move his overages at the farmers market or if its for caregivers only. Anyone know for certain?

this is the answer i got form one of the main guys who runs MOCC
"yes you could be a patient looking for other patients to be a caregiver for. They would consult with you on your abilities and what you could do for them. "
im not 100% sure this was answered correctly. i posted another responce directly asking to sell meds at the FM while being a patient not a cg. hope to hear back soon.

i like precise answers when it comes to the law and clubs rules and regs. its either yes or no in my world. neither word i read in his reply. ill post up asap when i hear back from him.

I am very upset that they dont give a dame about us,they are just trying to make us buy our meds from them so they can make money IMO , i will be doing what i have been,grow my own meds,work with others to get what i need if i run out of my meds, or help others if they need meds and i have overages.
