doin work!
I'm curious to see how your scott's og turns out. I'm kinda wondering if I should've picked that up instead of the Doc's OG. I read on another forum where scott mentioned the Doc's has a better flavor uncured and takes on a weird "old man funk" with a cure, but it is supposed to be really potent. Guess I'll find out in a few months if its true or not, only started 2 beans from the pack, took clones last week, one is female and the other im 90% sure is male.

I hope they can fix my knee quickly (the MRI has some weird shit in there). I want to be able to have a place to grow out all of these babies to find the best phenos. I will collect pollen from the males and save it for any future crossing projects. I would love to find a rare cross that results in a new strain like GSC.

I will get some updated pics tonight when we bring them back in for the night - or maybe I will hobble out there now and get some sunset shots :)

I know things have changed now with your grow due to your knee but approximately how many of these seedlings do you plan on keeping and finishing out? R u making crosses?

I want to get these big enough to take clones. I will flower out the clones to see what's the best pheno. Then I will keep the good ones around to do perpetual and crosses. Any advice on the best way to go about breeding out new crosses quickly and in large numbers? I may need to put together a test panel to get independent advice on picking the winners. The Mohican Cup :)

I got your test panel right here! Easiest way to breed a lot of plants at once is to soak down a greenhouse inside and out with everything you don't want pollen on it, close it up, bring out your dry male and female around the corner, and shake the ever loving horse shit out of the male. Chop it down and bag it up tight after the shakedown, and hose off the outside of your greenhouse one more time, open up your greenhouse to dry after about 30 minutes. Put a cardboard box over your female over night and the next day she should be pollinated. Make sure you do all this in the evening near sunset so your wet plants don't burn up.

This isn't the way I crossed, but I wish I did. Subcool just has a pollinating grow room for his seed crops, but I don't have room for anything like that.

Speaking of Greenhouses, me and Mr. M are bored as hell, want any help?

I hit you up on my method Mo in my thread before seeing this. I, however, am stoned and feel unmotivated to re-post it here :p

Love the Cup idea mate, awesome! Take care of yourself, ATB

Sit your butt in a chair with some beers and give me and Mr. M the instructions, we work best with a supervisor anyways! Haha, I can't just sit back here and let your whole season get away from you, right? Mo, you helped us out a lot, and we wouldn't think twice about doing volunteer work for you.

Getting pretty good on my crutches. I had to adjust them to a taller size and move the hand grips.

Went out to the cabinet to check on the babies and get some pictures. I was not happy when I saw this:

Not sure what is causing it. Time for another neem treatment and maybe some lemon juice and coconut water.

Everything else is just going nuts! I will need to up pot them soon. What is the smallest size pot I can use for mothers?

OK - here are some pics:

Shoot Mo, have you been giving them neem/lemon juice/coconut oil? I don't know about the latter two, but Neem might be a little much for youngsters, it actually has a heftier NPK than you might think. I would give them a real light Ca/Mg foliar feeding in the later afternoon before bed time, and they should green up real nice and prevent more issues. I don't know if that's ca, mg, or fe, but the spray should clear it up. It's not bug damage though.

It reminds me of the root rot pattern I saw on the Hydro Malawi. I will try the cal-mag. This is from the tray that has 100% Promix BX.

I am not sure if I can spend the time to fix this one because of my limited mobility. I will see if I can direct my wife on the process. Or I can just toss it :P
