If you slice the outside of the 1 gal root ball on 4 sides (north, south, east, and west) the roots will propagate out from the root ball. I did this my second outdoor grow when I left the plants to veg in the 1 gal pots too long. Worked well but it is better to transplant sooner so less shock. Nice shots and second set of plants. GT

Thanks for the info!

I did break up the root ball on the two I put in the ground. There is definitely a difference in growth (slight). I think they were too far along in the flowering stage and just didn't grow much more. The clones are filling up those buckets nicely I bet. The cloth pots seem to really make a difference in root growth. They just require more diligence when it comes to watering :) Putting the cloth pots on top of more soil seems to give the tap root a place to pull moisture from when the minor roots get dry.

Are the trichs on the AOS dripping off the plant??? Nice MOM!!!

I think I am going to harvest the sunny side of my monster this weekend and leave the rest for another 2 weeks or so.

Peace

The sparkle is getting more intense each day. The weather is threatening to go bad but so far it is hot and overcast. I am thinking about harvesting the AOS #6 tonight. I prefer clear trichs. The buds keep foxtailing but the last set seems to be browning up with no new hairs appearing.

What do you all think?

I am really impressed with the Scott's OG. The Light deprivation plant finished very quickly. It is fast and easy to grow with great tight little frosty nuggets of a sweet pain killing mood lifting effect.

I can't wait to try the Jesus OG for comparison. It is almost dry :)

I know some people dont like foxtails but I do, alot. I prefer my trichs milky with little amber. Its your bud and you know how you like your bud, so Chop it!
I cant wait to hear how the JOG is....

I always feel like I harvest too soon. However, every time I wait longer I get bugs, weather damage, and one time, low potency. I have plenty of perfect medicine to keep me. I will kewep waiting on the AOS to see what happens :)

The two clones in the 5 gallon buckets are so vigorous it really makes me want to build my grow house in the north garden so I can put up my 1K light :)

I can't get my eye to center in correctly on the handheld microscope and the camera is so much easier - especially when you use the flash!
