So ~I used molasses as a nutrient for the first time today. I'm currently just starting my 3rd week of flowering. Have done some research on using it and would like to check I did it right with the more experienced members of this forum.
1 bought Blackstrap molasses (unsulphured)
2 mixed 1 teaspoon into a mug of hot water until completely disolved.
3 mixed contents of mug into 1.1 liters of room temp RO water.
4 make sure mixture is correct temp
4 shake a bit
5 add 300ml of 'molasses mixture' onto plant then add normal RO water to top off.
6 repeat when it is next time for watering but not feeding.
So my nute schedule is now
1 Maxibloom 1 teaspoon mixed with 1 gallon of water.
2 Molasses 1 teaspoon mixed with 1 gallon of water
3 return to step 1
What do you think? Am I doing it right? This is my first grow so have no frame of reference.
