Mold ! Help ! Mold !

Hi you guys , im a new grower and a new user here.
I had a problem with mold on my planter which contain my seedling.

I heard that i must act quickly so i transfer him to a new container with new soil,
I hope he wont die...he is my first baby.

Should i water him now ?
or i better wait to see if he's dead ?

if its a seedling i wouldnt stress, its as simple as starting again, but as for the sex your hoping for, i hope your not striving for "hims"

The seed kind is an autoflowering feminized . 5 days old..just in the beginning of sprouting his leavs.
so delicate and frail..

bro you want a F E M A L E... not a male... refer to it as HER because its a feminized seed... Are you really in israel??

transplant it very carefully. usi a spoon or something to get a nice firm layer of soil for a root ball. gently replant into new pot & lightly water. GL

thank you Po boy - but i already transplanted *her* and the main root was expose because the soil came off when i gently tap her out of the planter.
about the water, it will not encourage the mold back ? ( the remain soil may be infected ?)
