Hypoaspis miles are thrips predators but they only go after the soil stage of thrips.

Pyrethrins sprays will work.

Neem will take approximately 2-3 weeks to eradicate them.

Ladybugs will probably not eat very many.

You'll need to check your local gardening store and look at products. While you're there if you have mobile data etc you could check active ingredients to see if anything is very harmful etc.

My local hydro grow store sells something called orius laevigatus for thrips.

So, that is an option. I also found neem oil and spinosad..

Which do I choose? I understand that spinosad works faster but are there side effects to this speed?
