mold smell?

OK i currently have 6 autoflowering hindu kush going and they are about 1/4 of the way through flowering they are covered in crystals and fattening up by the minute.......if you put your nose right up to them it almost smells like mold (its not an enticing smell) but if i touch the bud slightly it smells like wonderful chronic.....my humidity is at a constant 30-40% never really higher than that for any length of time idk what that smell any information would be cool

Could be the soil your smelling, your soil might be a little rank.

if t is the soil should i do somethin about it or just air rate it? i guess my real question is will it effect my herb?
