I made a test batch without any infused oil, following the recipe from the YouTube video. They taste great, but the texture is a little too squishy. I think I read that leaving them out on a tray on the counter or in the fridge will firm them up more. This is half of the batch. Only mod to the recipe was the sugar coating I did 1/2 cup and 3/4 tsp of citric acid.
