Mollasses

Ive seen a couple posts where people say they add mollasses to there water when feeding , is this good , and what is the purpose , also what amount would you add to the water , and do you do it throughout the flowering stage or just for a short pierod.

Thanx for the link didnt see that in the faq section. so anyways how many of you guys use molasses in your grows, and do u see the benefits of using molasses

i personally havnt used it but a buddie of mine did and he said tht it worked good but then again theres lots of organics tht work good so you have plenty of choices.
