I see about 50 views and 3 or 4 posts.... are people in Montana... I dont want to say it, so you say it.... are they what? I post something, it gets 50 views and 3 posts.... whats up with that? its the same 3(cool) people posting... there is 50 of us out there really? No one can speak up, just take a read and roll out ? seriously? I read the first perma post on top " Montana caregivers/patients unite! " a few replys(I give you it wasnt motivating and where is the follow through....) but thats... IT ? Well I am stiring the pot and for good reason....my rights have been violated(my post/confiscated) read the paper, watch the news... watch "cannabusiness" documentry ( btw lol about the "20 min. wait in line..." try 3 hours) the large numbers of new patients has caused a back wash, and were all gonna be forced to drink it, you better speak up, It affects all of us. We Have Rights... I could take action, it would be good to "hear" from everyone... that would be a real start. Our rights as patients/caregivers we need to speak up, for all of us...

this is a great state... its the Feds, thats the issue I think we all need to address...I realize its a small town thing, we stand up for this, then the whole town knows who is a patient/caregiver. Its a risk, so I understand that. Its becoming a local issue now, I am worried about what I've been reading in the paper. Any ideas out there? petition? march on to the state capital? mass mailing of letters to gov. reps/ president? Im down for it, I think we need to stick together, and organize some stratergy so were one big voice, saying the same thing.

simmer down now.... everyone has the right to vote yay or nay... maybe he/she is being honest, or to high to get off the couch to do something pro-active... either way, its still a VOTE ! way better than saying nothing, witch is the MAIN problem !

The Feds will leave you alone here as long as you are under 100 plants...And got the cards to verify it. They are supposed to leave us alone, ennyway, according to O'bummer. There is a caregiver in Missouli who has 600 cards...He's allowed to grow 3,600 plants under state law, and the feds aint fucked w/ him yet.

As far as a march on the cpitol goes, i think that's a great idea. I bidg Demonstartion/ rally in front of the legislature in Helena w/ about 5,000 cardhldoers on the first day they meet to discuss their proposed repeal or re-regultion of the law would be about perfect. Let those shitheads know where they stand w/ the people of this state. Write your legislators and tell them you will not vote for them and that you will contribute money to their opponents election come re-election time, if they pass some shit against us. (whether you vote or not, if they get enough of these kind of letters, emails and phone calls they will fear).

Right On !!!! I am thinking the same , rally on the capital !! When is the next question... the 18th is when the petitions have to be completed... If they dont have the signatures then thats thats....case closed for now. If not then the vote would be in Nov. .... so do we rally just before that? any thoughts ? we could contact MNC, care givers, and others to put the word out, if we came up with an appropriate date... it would be impressive to show up in big numbers.... lets first see if they have enough signatures first.

I know this isn't exactly what you guys are talking about here, but Federal law is an issue for all medical states... And it will take time become normal and people to settle down..... The thing that bugs me is the moratoriums and halting the issue of business licenses.. I don't even feel comfortable keeping the amount of plants allowed by the state in my town due to ordinances.....

Of course. But then ive been standing up to the feds and helping people for 20 odd years regardless of the law and will continue too regardless of the law.
