Month Into Veg and plant tips yellowing

cant really flush out the organics anyway... that's for soluble salt fertilizers

adding extra water will just hasten the break down
 
This probably happened as a result of underwatering and having "hot soil"
For all I know it was correct nute amounts but just not enough water. Oh well, we shall see..
