Moonshine anyone?

I know of "DRY" towns where its not sold there, but people just bring it in from the next town over. Far as I know, its not illegal to posses alcohol.

and expecting that to deter ppl

In a way i agree legislators, and bleeding heart liberals want to protect people from life. they think they can prevent all accidents, prevent all bad behavior by legislating morals and activities. nosy sons of bitches, gotta clean their own house before they start worrying about their neighbors. Im sure if I think about it I can find one thing i think somone else shouldnt be doing, given enough money, I can get a law passed to prohibit it.

is even more funny to think that most of the population still thinks they need to ask another human permission to do anything...

Are any of you shine guys looking for a bootlegger? I have a very large trunk and have no problems crossing state lines. I'm very discrete. Would be willing to hand deliver it to the speakeasies and gin joints of your choosing.

It's way better made out of fruits. Plum is the best to be exact. I'm from Serbia where making rakija aka moonshine is our pastime like baseball is here lol. In the fall of 2010 I went back home and made some with my grandpa and the way he tests it is take a shot glass and scoop some up throw it I. The fire. No, its illegal to SELL un-taxed alcohol. People posses untaxed alcohol all the time. home distillery's, brewery's, Sterno cans... etc...
the gov has no problem with you making your own wine or beer.

But, i dont really remember asking them for permission. I answer to one force in the universe, and it will tell me when im doing something wrong.

there is a difference between, Illegal, and unlawful. look it up.
