The only people who failed here were investors and (unfortunately) employees who were hoping for stable employment. Everyone else made a very nice profit from all of the money that rushed into the system. I bet she’d love to yank your drivers license for using cannabis. Similar to how they do for many other, and often irrelevant reasons. Usually through shady practices, loaded questions, and at great cost to the patient.
I figure some doctors will be offering the same reduced level of care that they usually reserve for smokers and drinkers. A pharmacist recently told me in conversation that he has seen a sudden upsurge in synthetic opioid prescriptions for headaches and stubbed toes, right around the same time all the class action lawsuits came out in the states.

I live right on the Ontario, Canada and upstate NY border. I have been over twice to exp the Legal Canadian Cannabis Market. I was greatly disappointed both times. Most of the products are from a small handful of suspicious companies. Like TWEED for example. Horrible cannabis. Zero terps, waaay overdried and horrible bud selection. I have purchased 7-8 tweed products that have all been the consistent shit product.
Most of the products we could buy were poorly grown, over dried, little to no flavor and had mediocre effects. Mids at best.
This is sad for me. Most of my life I have been lucky to live close to canada and our local black market was usually saturated in premium canadian hydro surplus bud.
One moral of story I learned while there is this seems to be the sentiment of most Canadians. For years the Government was happy to ticket and criminalize us for the plant and now they are happy to provide us really shitty taxed cannabis. And if you dont like that option I am sure the Government will be glad to resort back to its initial practices of prohibition. Lesson learned, leave the Government out of cannabis.
