More classified documents found at Biden house

The facts will speak for themselves and so will the special counsel reports. From what we already know about those facts, they are two completely different sets of facts, from those surrounding Trump's case it indicates he is in very deep criminal trouble. From the facts surrounding Biden's case it appears he does not have any criminal exposure. We await the special counsel's report and or indictments, if any, and so does Gym Jordan, who might be facing a report exonerating Biden and cutting his investigation off at the knees.

We await indictments and a report to Garland on Trump and it has taken a long time for a simple case. Biden's case could involve systemic failures across administrations and I'll bet there are senators going through old boxes in storage now looking for classified documents! Such failures can only be addresses by changes to the law, when you get a functioning congress and the clowns in the house are suppressed or indicted.
I agree the investigations will speak for themselves. My concern is that Biden will not face an investigation as aggressive as Trump has. that is not to say trump hasn't brought all this on himself because he has. I believe that trump broke the law and should face consequences for that. I do not believe Biden has obstructed, or conspired to break any laws but should he be held accountable for mishandling classified documents and if so what consequences should he face.

Biden’s own story and his White House press secretary’s has changed several times at this point. They’re dripping minimal information and being less than transparent.

Common sense would tell anyone with a mind that isn’t tribal - the only reason the narrative “he is fully cooperating” exists is because of optics. They’re trying to create this stark contrast to somehow dismiss the reality he’s done exactly what he accused others of doing on an even larger scale (considering classified materials from both his time in the senate along with items from his time as VP are in question)

They want the focus to be how different his circumstance is and hope the public latches on to that instead of him keeping said documents in various locations. From day one the reporting on it attempted to provide the most favorable lens possible and it’s obvious.

In my opinion Trump’s “I took these and they’re mine, no you cannot have them come and take them” attitude is more honest

than Biden’s “they were misfiled, oh I’m totally surprised, there is nothing to see here, those darn aids - etc” along with Jeane Pierre’s “President Biden does indeed take classified information seriously, he does indeed take classified documents seriously. I'm just not going to go beyond that” are dodges that lead people to believe there is something to hide.

Kind of like how it’s been hidden since before the midterms
I agree with you totally on your points. You said it better than I could. But do you believe trump should be charged same as Biden? Because I do.

I don’t think either of them will be charged or if they are nothing will actually stick. What should or shouldn’t happen seems to be far too fluid in Washington for me to know what comes next.

You know, we shouldn't be so harsh on Biden, I mean it's probably a legit medical disability that we shouldn't make fun of, like his stuttering condition. In this case the diagnosis seems more along the lines of Kleptomania. Perhaps we should offer Biden some social services to help him with his disabilities.

With a consented search comes a clean bill of health from the DOJ, since they themselves scoured the place to see if anything was missed after being invited in to do so. Once the media is done with the Biden story and the debt ceiling is settled, the focus will be on Trump's indictment over his top secret documents and obstruction of justice. The comparisons will be made and the contrasts will be obvious and the out comes will be different too, as Joe will most likely skip and Donald will go down over his documents and obstruction cases. The reason is, Joe has a brain, follows the law and acts like a professional who has an issue with staff and clerical errors, no mens rea. Trump does not have a brain, is a indolent, lazy and a malicious miscreant, who has a mountain of evidence against him and plenty, including confessions, proving mens rea, knowledge and intent.

Let's keep it in context. The way things went was Bidens lawyer who we do not know their security clearance found the first set of documents and called the white house instead of calling the doj. If they were being so transparent why did they not alert doj first. We must also remember that it was not the Biden camp that notified the doj. It was the national archives.

Which only happened because Biden’s attorneys notified the Archives, who then notified DOJ as SOP. Leaving that bit out suggests more malfeasance than was feased.

They do that anytime classified materials are involved and they cover a broad spectrum of classification from the very top secret to the surprisingly mundane. Trump's secret document's involved recent highly classified documents, but that is not the reason he will be prosecuted. He never would have, except he acted like an idiot on multiple occasions and ignored the advice of dozens of people and warnings from the DOJ for months. He stuck his head in the ground and exposed his asshole to the bright sunshine, he did it to himself and has no one else to blame, having gone through some of the boxes personally.

That is the key difference here, Trump is in trouble for acting like an asshole and deliberately breaking the law, not for taking the documents. If he just returned them, we probably wouldn't have heard about it and that would be the end of it, just as it probably will be with Biden. Instead he doubled down, lied, went to court and obstructed justice on multiple counts. Jack has him by the balls, his trial won't take long and he has no defense to offer. It you want to kill a snake, first chop off it's head and Donald going down first and fast will send a message to the magats.
