More effective for cooling, humidifier or another fan?

My 4x4x6tent is in a closet using a 600w dimmable with one fan blowing air into the tent. I have to leave the tent open because it would get too hot other wise. with the dim setting at 50% the plant level is 84F and 25RH. I want to flower soon and kick up the ballast to 100% to get the full use of my set up. What would be more effective in lowering temps so that I can use the full wattage. A vaporizer/humidifier or another fan blowing air between the light and plants blowing air out of the tent?
Thanks

If you have a vented closed system use 6 in ducting to cool your lights. If its a wing non vented system set up a portable ac unit in there and vent it to the adjacent room

Thanks for the replies guys.
Ive kicked up to 450w to finish vegging, the light is about 14" away from the plants. Canopy level temp is 85F and RH of 24. Not desirable, but I think it'll do.
Im gonna purchase another 12" oscillating fan to blow air out of the tent. I currently have a 12" oscillating in front of the open tent blowing cool air in.
I'm gonna upgrade my set up to air cooled after this harvest
