I use 18/6 ...Its made just over 10 pound a week difference to my electric ....I buy weekly on a electric card ...Tenners no big deal...Thats with 2 4inch fans a 400w mh a 250 cfl ,an 8 inch fan and a water pump x2 air stones a florescent...so a 250w shouldn't make much difference really... I use 18/6 has i think 24/7 is just to much for the girlies has there all droopy leafed by 16-17 hrs being powned with lights...BUT that's just my opinion....sure someone has different methods....
