more than 1 watering to balance pH?

Hey DaveCoulier! How's it going? Thanks for coming back and replying! :)
Yes, this is my very first plant. Well, 5th to be exact, but my first one that went passed 3 wks or so. And not to worry, I know you are not attacking my baby doll lol. :) I am glad for you information and learned experience!
Yes, she suffered bad this grow! Very bad. I was a bad grower! Very bad grower! Honestly, if I could kick my own ass without passing out or killing myself, I would lol. I was doing good for veg, but I was feeding her FF Big B. the whole time passed day 30. I didn't give her any nutes for vegg, and she suffered big from N deficiency. So even though she looked great in veg, very bushy, you can see lots of pics on my journal, it's in my sig, after I turned the lights to 12/12 she started going downhill. She was trying to take nutes from the leaves, only the leaves barely had enough for themselves, let alone the rest of the plant! So she went bald. All her bushy leaves fell off. And I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. I sure as fuck did. But what did I do??? Sat around with one thumb up the ass and a finger in my nose lol. I was like, oh, it's ok. Oh, I better leave her alone! Better not mess with it! Dumb. Very dumb. Then, I never flushed her or had a pH reader of any kind. So I didn't know her pH was off from 36 or so days of watering with my tap water. She started collecting stuff and got lockout. So then the leaves really fell off. What did I do? Nada. So, finally, I saw she was really going to just up and totally die on me, and I was galvanized into action!! Finally!! Dumbass. I got the balls to believe my aquarium pH tester was correct, after running a few tests on it. And I gave her vinegar water to lower the pH, which was at 7.8!!! fuck me siiiidewaays!! So, she suffered from high calcium, pH lockout, and not enough N. That I know of. The TROS (triple reverse osmosis) water will help on the rest of this grow, and on subsequent grows. But using that, I need to buy some Ca-Mag, or so I have read. So I am in the market for Ca-Mag and a plant pH strip tester, not an aquarium one. So I need some good websites that are secure that I can buy from. Know any? Need some help on that. The closest Hydro store in my area is 150 miles away.
I can tell her buds are not at all developed correctly. They don't even look like real buds. They look like a deformed alien weirdo lol. They haven't filled out. Thankfully, they ARE beginning to respond to the lower pH. When I tested runoff, it was 6.2 to 6.4, about that. But I doubt they will mature completely. I will have half buds that hopefully smoke good. At least better than this brown shit I been getting around here, Damn Bible Belt. Be back, phone call.

Ok, phone call done. Talking to my dying friend, that takes priority.
So, yes, Estella suffered a lot this grow. I am glad to have learned some things, that is awesome. I really think I will get an OZ out of this grow, dry, and I hope for 2 to 3 OZ on the next grow, because it will be done better, much better. I am so thankful for everyone that has helped me on this grow through their replies here on 420mag. You are all awesome! I really appreciate it!

Oh, btw, my plan is to keep growing her until the pistles turn orange, more or less completely. The stone might be total couchlock, but at least she will fill out more, and give me more to smoke. I think, Think that is, that I saw an amber trich or two tonight. I have a tough time using my microscope, so hard to tell. But most of the pics I take, when I zoom in, they show clear to milkey, so not too worried yet. I am not going to chop her for a bit. At least 2 wks I hope.

Botanicares Cal/Mag + is what I would suggest, and its what I use.

For a PH testing, pick up a Hanna economy meter from http://www.eseasongear.com/ if money is tight. For less than $30 you can have a good reliable meter. Although the cheaper models can take a few minutes to give you the final reading at times. Test strips aren't as accurate. Its really best to not skimp on the important stuff. Id suggest a PH/EC combo meter, but thats more expensive.

Im just as guilty as you when it comes to letting plant health slowly deteriorate. Its real easy to get complacent, but these plants should be treated like a pet or a child if you want to get the very best rewards from them. Just learn from your mistakes, and strive not to repeat it in the future, but if you're like me it might take a couple of times before you learn your lesson.

*BUDS, thanks for stopping by! I will try not to use vinegar in the future, I need to order some plant pH up/down from the net. The closest store to me that has anything right now related to plant growing is almost 200 miles away lol. It's a hydro store in the big city. So, I will order some things today off the net. Got to go searching for a quality website.
can u order online from someone elses address. eg parents

DaveCoulier! Thanks for the info! I did check out some prices on the Botanicare's stuff, seemed affordable. I haven't gone to the website yet for the pH tester, I forgot. I will go tonight after this post lol. I definately do want to have quality stuff for my plant, as much as I can afford. I hear ya on how to treat the ladies. I was seeing her daily, checking her out, but when it came time to trust my pH strips, and my ability to correct the issue, I got scared for some reason. Not sure why. I was worried that whatever attempts to correct her I might take, would have worse consequences than letting her be. So, it took that day the other day, when I got pissed off, and I just did it. And it worked lol.
*BUDS! How's it? No, I can't order to any addresses except home or work. I work for The Man, so don't want to take chances with mail at work lol. So it's just home for me.
I will post pics tonight in a little bit. She is really thriving! Gotta share the success with you all!
