thats what every countries going to do. i dont think any of them will ever get rid of all their nukes. we sure as hell arent giving them up.

as long as there is an intercontinental missiles then i doubt any country would "fully" dismantle their nuclear weapons. But Israel already used some of their nukes so i doubt it would help them to "keep it a secret"
