I've used many nutrients over the years. As long as they provide what the plant needs that's all that really matters. Plants don't care about brand. Brand of nutrients is way down the list in my opinion. I get basically the same results from everything I've used. There are much more important factors to focus on than brand of nutrients which is why I don't pay for expensive products.
 
Im a little guy on the grand scheme of things my way is far from perfect but i speak from slot of experience..positive and negative..i guess thats how you learn though.

You keep the npk 3-2-1 even in flower?
 
i'm running hydroguard, grow, bloom, micro nutrients, cal mag, rapid root starter for the babies, and have some sensei sweet stuff i'm going to try on a couple plants.

Jacks is great. I spent 100 bucks a few years ago...I would guess that is about enough to run a standard 5x5 tent for 10 years.

It's a two part base system. You have the part A, the jacks 5-12-26 that people mention; and the part b, that is calnit (calcium and nitrogen). Many add Epsom salt to this. Some add MOST (trace elements) powder to the mix.

Stacks up well against cannabis specific fertilizer in terms of quality, though I think the quality is more about learning to use whatever system you are going with.
