Lol how am I "Betraying" them? I am paying them for a service. To betray would be me setting them up for failure, Like me sending them through the check point first while using a dummy car. Rubbing cocaine on their bumper and not fully concealing the cocaine so they would get caught while I send another car right behind them with the real load. You do know that people/cartels actually do that right? That's betray. I don't want them to get caught but there is always a risk. You can't earn thousands of dollars in a day without risk, every person with common sense knows this.

2 - Why do you want to give money to the Mexican drug cartels?
3 - Don't do it. Exploit the public for money in a more human manner.

Lol, I have seen that show. As a matter of fact that's where I'm from. It's kinda embarrassing but yea, that's why I was saying Cocaine is everywhere where I'm from. I don't really wanna give my money to Drug Cartels but then again I have no choice in the matter. They have it and no one else does. I see everyone else getting money, I really just wanna make some and buy a food truck or open a restaurant. I'm not an Evil person and I don't wanna get rich. I just wanna make some money to put down on something I really want. I don't have a degree so working in a minimum wage job isn't really gonna help me raise 30k for a food truck. They are hella expensive. I wanna sell philly cheeseteaks Yummmy.

Hey. You're not the Marla I kissed in 4th grade are you? Doubt it.

Anyway, #1: You are a novice. You are asking for advice on an activity that is the top of illegal, cross-border drug smuggling. If any of us has done it, hopefully they are not stupid enough to post it on a public forum.

#2: You think you can pay to mitigate risk. You can. But only up to a certain point. At that point, people would rather betray you than go to jail. And they WILL. So you have to be scary enough for them to think getting raped up the ass with a broken broomstick is a better alternative than crossing you.

I strongly suspect you are not that scary.

I have smuggled all manner of shit across the border. Here's the deal: 50/50 you might get caught. If you get caught or caught trying to conspire, your looking at about 10 years in jail just for helping, more if your caught for possession with intent. Your safest bet is mailing it through another country and having it re-directed to you in the US. Failing that, anything you do will carry extreme risk. Having someone else swallow condoms, you won't know how they re-act. Maybe they get nervous at the border crossing, maybe it explodes in the stomach in which case you could get dinged for manslaughter or worse.
If your after the money, just remember the less risk YOU take, the less money you make. If you aren't comfortable with my first suggestion, the only logical option is to swallow it yourself. Every other method has been tried and foiled. Everything you can think of has already been done.
Unless you have a system that is your best bet.

Cool I understand. I know of course if anyone is caught they will be willing to sing no matter, if I'm a drug cartel member or a little girl. I guess my understanding of the law, or question I'm trying to ask is How much evidence does it take to be charged with "Conspiring". Surely any mule who gets caught will try and get a better deal but how much weight do/can the police have/get just on a mules world when they are already caught and are fishing for a better deal? I mean there is no way I can be charged for conspiring because of someone's word that is trying to get a better deal. Sure maybe they can get a search warrant, MAYBE but if they find nothing then what?

Well It's not like the FBI is gonna kick your door down for having an opinon on this subject on a forum. In that case nobody would have grow journals/pics on this website (If not living in Cali/Wash). I'm actually pretty sure most mules will sing no matter who they are smuggling for. While no I'm not very scary I don't think that has much value anyway.

Well if your 'friend' testifies for a reduced sentence, you'll both get charged with conspiracy but the co accused will get a lighter sentence. If for example they can match what your co accused says as far as pricing on the product, with withdrawls from you account, bam, that's evidence. If they find scales or paraphernalia at your house, that's also evidence. If your co accuse dies with exploded condoms, you are for sure in major trouble. If in any way, they feel they can secure a conviction with more time on you, they will try everything in their power to make that happen.
I'm not kidding dude, it's tough.

I live in Texas and actually have a hook up in Mexico that can get KG's of Cocaine. Problem is crossing it over and then crossing it again through the secondary border while bringing it up north.

Now I have been thinking about it and it seems to me that probably the best way to smuggle it is by paying a mule to swallow up to a KG in Mexico and walking it through (Can dogs smell it through your stomach? No right?). This person would be an American citizen (of course) with a passport so they don't have to hassle with the Border Patrol. Then sending Her up north (Through the secondary Border) while I follow and make sure everything goes A - OK!!! lol. I know most people that are caught with pellets in their stomachs are people on flights that look like they don't belong so they get asked questions ect ect and that's how they catch them. But I have never heard of Border Patrol demanding x rays on someone who is walking across the border. So IDK.

Now this is just an Idea, I don't know if I'm gonna go through with it but I just would like to know my options. I have never used Cocaine, and I'm not rich either. So if this turns into shit I would set me back hardcore. Also I don't deal drugs so even if my mule gets caught and starts singing I can't get arrested for just her word right? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
