most horrible noob cab grow

whats up, this is my first time growing. I am growing cannadential and white rhino in 1 gallon pots, fox farm ocean forest soil with probably a lil over 100 watts of cfl.

if u guys have any tips or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

I see you changed it up a bit, looks good though.
They grew just a tad bit since the last time I saw them.

How are you going to manipulate the height of your lights? Are your plants sitting on a table that's adjustable? If not that might be an issue in the near future.

nice footprint, you can do alot in there.

im high right now, so i cant think of a good funny transition to put here, so........

1st. your going to need more light. 3000 lumen per sq ft. minimum for decent growth, and more is better. at the moment with only the 2 plants move them closer together and partition that area with both sets of lights. if it doesnt have a plant there you dont want light there. (speaking of partitioning you have enough room to do a flower and clone chamber)

2. you need to get a reflective material for your walls, white is ok but for a mini op you need to maximize efficiency. i myself got some mirrors cut for my walls
