Most Valuable Tool

Ok folks, I want to hear what everyone considers to be their single most valuable tool for cultivation.

For me it's a reliable soil pH pen. You can check liquid pH and soil/coco pH.

These are the ones I use:

My BlueLab finally arrived, and I'm stoked. I just tested it on a few pots and they all read right around 6.5. I thought my pH was higher, but I can finally stop playing the guessing game, lol.

Thanks Ren for getting me to spend even more cash, lol. Seriously though I should have bought this tool a long time ago man. My storage solution and cleaning kit comes tomorrow. I have a feeling this might become my most valuable tool too, besides the lights of course, lol. Thanks again man. Your wisdom is much appreciated.

I think my favorite would be my inkbirds/autopilot, but since they've been covered I'm gonna give honorable mention to my cheapo lux meter. You have NO idea where lighting hotspots could be until you get one of these. They pop up in the weirdest angles off the bulb. Keeps all my plants in their happy zone, moving shaded plants into better spots & over worked ones out of the light before they're bleached or cupping. I've also used it to tell when bulbs are getting worn by tracking their lux output @ a set distance. I found my 600's out performing a tired 1000w once.

I use a turkey baster to suck 2 squirts out of the 67L resevoir into a small espresso cup, where I will insert pH and tds meter. I used to use the water pump and I would fill my little cup.

Id have to say 16ga wire. I find myself handling it almost every time I'm in my tent for one reason or another.

Hanging and adjusting lights/fans, doing LST/Yo-Yo's/general plant management... probably the one more versatile things I keep around
