mother plant experience needed!!

aight my plants been buddin for about a month now and its lookin pretty good so far....i had two but one ended up bein male so i sadly had to uproot the little bastard...anyways i was just wonderin if anyone had any info or some good links for me cause i was wonderin about mother plants and shit like that.....i would love to harvest this plant, throw it back in veg for some time and throw it back into flowering again....anyone got some advice or experience you could throw my way id appreciate it!!!

p.s.
i took some clones from this plant too, prior to throwin it into flowering, and there doin well so far, but id love too keep big momma alive with all her little babies...lol

You can reveg the Mom. When you harvest leave some vegetation on the plant and throw it back into a veg. cycle.

aight i appreciate that.....im fixin to put some pics up, so yall comment on them and tell me what ya think....we trimmed alot of the big fan leaves that were blokin some light for the lower buds, just wanted to see how that would help, and after that they've actually taken off pretty good...

ok theres a bunch of pics of the plant and its colas......let me know what ya think....i dont think its too bad for our first grow from a random seed from a bag of mid......ill take any advice though and its definately appreciated!!!!

Dont reveg just harvest and get rid of the plant. You just stated that you already took clones. Find the best clone and make your mom out of that. Transplant into big pot and dont put under direct light in grow room. Take your cuttings as needed. Eventually you transplant into bigger pot until you are final. Then you look into Root trimming to keep the mother plant from getting root bound. You want to stunt the moms growth but not enough where it stops growing out enough to take clones

I just picked out a mom after harvesting the original

He probably right, by the time the Mom get back into vegetative and provides enough growth to take cuttings, the clones will be large enough to select a MOM from one of them.....Sorry man, i was pretty lit last night, not my clearest or best advice.

Once you have clones you can always replace the mother. There is no harm in making a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone......

The DNA is the same, so it is the same plant. Each of your little clones think they are the mother. Just replace the mother with one of her clones and then grow out the mother. Repeat this every once in a while and you never have to deal with a overgrown mother.

Believe it or not, it is less stress on the plants then trying to reveg them over and over. So strains will hermie on you from the light cycle change.

Alright.....I appreciate it yall....ill post some pics of the final bud.....im about to re-do the grow room after this grow to get more space cause im wantin to try to do some form of scrog technique, so ill post pics and if yall have some good links to advice on Scrogging id appreciate it!!

anyone got any good links to some advice on scrogging.... advice on say ideal grow room sizes, setups, etc.......
