mother plant or clones

#1 mother plant
#2 the clone taken from mother plant.

Question ?
if I have a mother plant white widow . And I take a clone from it is the clone 100% the same thx smell so on ? can I make this my new mother plant ?.

if so that means plant #2 the clone becomes the new mother plant , and I could then use the clone to be the mom and flower the original?.

so if this is the case each clone can be the new mother plant and repeat fore ever..

so that would mean keeping a plant for years is pointless

please help me sorry if it sounds confusing

ok that's what I thought. so il take a clone from a clone from a clone and it's all the same ok thank u reason I ask is I'm about to flower 10 plants and wanna make sure I do it right alot of money invested in seeds and vegetation time

I do think it's easier to keep a mother going for awhile though. That way you don't really have to tend to growing a new mother. Good luck

I agree bit growing 10 plants with 10 plants in veg for the cycle so u always in flowering stages u tend to run out of room.
a mother plant is huge for light space and pot compared to a clone in a 5 inch space

Depends on your room I guess. I run about the same and keep 3-4 moms
