Mother room died

I had 3 mother clones from my last run, I can no longer keep them due to unseen circumstances. My question is I just amended the soil 1.5-2 weeks ago can I keep the soil or throw it out. I’m worried the microbes will make the soil too hot for seedlings as now there is no roots to uptake the nutrients if they keep feeding.

Edit- plants are healthy. The light had fallen due to my own irresponsibility and hit my head off the light.

Start your seeds in a cup and transplant in 3 weeks, or pack a cup sized spot with coco and plant the seed there
