but they way I understand a scrog is having like 1 plant with its branches trained all over under the mesh.

no, it's cool... all comments are welcome. the stalks are trained to the screen to allow the densest number of buds to be at the same height so all the colas receive the same amount of energy from the lamp. If you read back into the thread you will see my explanation. Those 6 plants vegged for 3 weeks. They would be 5 feet tall each without the training to the screen.

the scrog you describe would be a scrog with one plant where you veg it for a long time until it fills up the screen. I am experimenting with different techniques to see the highest yields I can get with my setup.

with the two 400Ws and the fans and other equipment... under $100 per month. electricity is around $0.10 per kWh. So 1kW(1000W) x 12 hrs / day x 30 days = 360 kWh per month = $36.00 per month.

Things are really starting to get interesting... The girls are really starting to fill out. The air is starting to smell really sweet and heavy. It is starting to out stink the white rhino.

I think i asked if a 4x4x7 long wide high , would the fan venting a 400W HID airtight reflector be enough to keep the room cool , or should I have another fan exhausting the room too?
 
well , probably just into the main room, i could open the window once in a while. Im making the grow box type thing out of pvc piping with black/white panda, or poly w/e its called covering all around it.
 
It could be difficult... you vent the tent into the room... then you need to vent the room. Only way to know for sure is to try it. The temperature of the air in the tent cannot get lower than the temperature of the air in the room. So as you vent into the room the temp just rises to where the room temp and temp are the same.
