mould problems in harvest

Well folks. Advice please if you dont mind. Finished first auto grow and it went perfect except I found mould in the top buds.
I harvested the buds and removed the mouldy ones. I have them good buds hanging in my tent now. Problem is I found a slight bit of mould on the stem of the cola bud I saved. I removed it from the tent and placed it in a seperate box I put the other buds I removed the mould from. I just wondering is there any way to stop it spreading to my good crop.

Lower the humidity. Do you at least have a fan blowing on them?

dry them as fast as you can, with the mold branches seperate from the non moldy ones.

once the non moldy ones start to dry you can slow down the drying, you want a quick dry so the mold won't spread.

consider saving some moldy stuff for butter

Both are seperated. The good buds hanging upside down in my tent.
The compromised buds laying in a cardboard bix with ventilated holes.
Now this is sll going on in a timber shed and its cold and wet out. Using my house is out of the question.
So do I get an eletric heater and dry the buds in newspaper in cardboard boxes next to the heater or do I continue to hang my buds and just leave a desk fan in the tent.

get yourself a dehumidifier for the mould in your room ,high humidity is the grounds for mould to creep in ,the dehumidifier will keep your humidity down you will be ok .a bit expensive but worth the money in the long run .especially if your growing out side in a shed etc.+ you will get a little extra heat from it .

ask for drying just hang the buds in the room ,get yourself a portable radiator ,set it so the room is about 75-80 f ,keep the room in DARKNESS no lights ,also have a small fan ,osculating under your buds ,on the floor not directly at them ,not blasting out ,just on low setting , small breeze ,(movement ) should be dry in 3-4 days

I can get my hands on a desk fan but not a heater. Would I get away with this for the time being I wonder?

Take the buds off of the molded stem and have an oscillating fan blowing around them. I usually like to throw away any buds within an inch radius from the molded section

Il do that. Problem is I have only one fan and two area to fan down. Lol. The inside of my grow tent and the cardboard box with the compromised buds. Im going to lay lots of newspaper in that box tonight.
Damn this can be so frustrating. All this work gone in and now I have mold and a cold damp climate to contend with.
Wasnt expecting this at the end.

ye ,throw away the shit mould buds ,get a heater fan ,you could get a small portable fan heater ,this will keep a small space warm .till you get somert better ? only £10 ,
