Mountain Air vs Can Filter 9000

I bought a Can Filter 9000 two months ago and my fucking house stinks! The bible thumping neighbour came to the door and said... "Oh my this place smells like weed!" I almost shit my pants. I'm 8 weeks into flowering and had to upgrade to a Mountain Air. I guess it's a superior carbon from billion year old dinosaur snot or something. anyways I have a 160 CFM fan the Mountain Air filter says it recommends 195CFM fan for 37 months of heavy flowering!!! So the Can Filter 900 cost $75 CND + tax and now the Mountain Air was $160 CND with tax. I will be hooking up the new filter soon and have some friends coming over tonight and we will see how it works. I guess I will use the CAN9000 to filter air in my house... BTW my room is 5.5'x5.5'x7' with 4 plants in 8 weeks of flowering. I'm crossing my fingers!

It's now installed... It's a fair bit smaller then the Can Filter... I'm skeptical. My fingers are crossed.

Is it workin, or dont know? Ive gotten used to the smell so i domt really notice anymore.

Mountain air is the shit,I paid 199.00 for a 6 inch and they have a three year warranty

BOYEAH!! Smell is gone and a happy wife... I'm really impressed. There guide is incredible! Nice cratfsmanship too. Mine is a 4" model and is Half the size of the Canfilter 9000 but a few pound heavier!!! Also the Mountain Air came with 2 prefilter socks one for pushing through the filter (interior sock) one for pulling air thru. (Exterior sock). I have wasted half of my complete grow setup cash on buying shit trying to make it work. I'f I had just spent the cash in the first place I would have saved money... I think a Canfilter 9000 hooked up to a 4" boosterfan would no doubt be great for a dresser/big closet grow. but not for 4 plants and a 1000W light. I will keep you guys posted on my lifespan of this filter.

You wont have any problems out of that filter.My hrdro store sells the hell out of those filters.I also was useing a canfan filter with shitty results

Thanks this is the positive feedback I need. I am 99% sure it works the whole house smells nice, clean and sterile. LOL After 8 years of trying to convince the wife to let me grow I NEED to make this work!
