move vegging plant into flowering room for the 12 hours of light?

I just bought a nice 600w hps setup. I'm currently flowering 3 plants. But I have a white widow that i feel would do better if I had put her under the hps while the light is on and put It back into my veg room when the lights turned off obviously. now my veg room is all CFL grow. About 150w. About 6500k spectrum. Would it stress the plant out? Cause it to flower due to spectrum change? Just curious to see if it would be beneficial to put my vegging plants under the hps as much as i can.

I do this quite often. As long as it's not too young it should be okay...just check it after an hour or so if you're worried.

thanks for replying but what should I be looking for? Will it be Be noticeable difference? It's about 3 weeks old 1 ft tall. About how far away from a 600w hps?

A plant that size is going to love it! Keep the 600w about 3 feet above, just put your hand over the plant to check the heat level.

Thanks bro this is going to help a lot. Going to start putting as many veg plants as i can under it during the 12 hours its on. How much does a 600w hps cover? 4x4? I'm using a regular wing hood
