Picking up a 4 bulb T5 today to Veg with......gonna run the 6 bulb in the 2x4 tent :) clones are ready to Veg so we'll get a 30-35 day cycle going

Weird you have no taste to Cher.... Its probably the one people love the most out of mine! at least taste wise. shes high in THC too.

You're going to bloom under the 6 or use it as another veg light? I use a four bulb to veg with, wish I would've got a 6 though.
 
Flower with the 6....Veg with the 4. Gonna just put it in the back of the closet with the 600w and continue to Veg in the tent
 
I would continue to veg with your six bulb and invest in some LED's instead of a 4 bulb. Use the LED's with your hps, they wont get as hot and they have better wave length. You're going to have to get that t5 pretty close to your plants for significant difference. Besides if you get a four bulb, you're going to have to buy 10 bulbs twice a year? Just my two cents. Poser x Chernobyl is going to be a resin monster!
 
It's gonna he a SOG setup with the T5......8-2 gal bags in a 2x3 shelf in the closet , 10 days Veg then flip.
 
everything looks amazing dude .. how many watts is your 4 bulb and ive been on and of so i missed bits do you grow in soilless or soil ,peace
 
whats up dude? i dont think hes on right now but i can fill you in somewhat. he used a 6bulb t5 in the past. i dont think he has thc bomb, there is another guy around here crimson fro maybe? growing thc bomb.

oh and each bulb on a 4 ft T5 uses 54 watts

so 54x4 or 54x6 will give you the wattage.
 
Thanks bro ^^^ been busy as fuck at work lately and my phone got ran over :( hopefullyI'll get a replacement this week so I can get some pics up.

I'm also in soil zz, the clones I transplanted last night are in a 60% roots 40%,happy frog mix with a gallon of #4 perlite
 
im so high i was waiting on the other page for replys hahahahahahaha then i scrolled down a little bit to realise there's a whole new page thanks for the replys ,
 
and i think im going to start them in soil seems to me seedlings are much bigger straight away in soil but in pre charged /washed coco they seem so tiny for the seedling stage takes a little while longer to get going will i have any problems if i put em in soil in solo cups then after 3 weeks in the cups transplant into coco ? has anyone done that before will the ph be of in the root ball :S peace

seems truepunk is MIA......

anyways if you use a coco mix that has some nute then transplant to 100% coco( to feed/water nutes daily) is perfectly fine i have done this myslef.

as for the pH you would have to test it, but i dont think it would matter since all the nutrients derived from that soil mix would mostly be organic, so pH is not so much an issue. and for the most part in soil-less media, the pH is reflective of what you water with.
 
Truepunk has put in 60 hours since Friday and doesn't have a phone right now :( garden is looking fucking great thou.... Gonna be some of the biggest plants ive grown indoors yet
 
Good! work is the perfect motivation for growing.

The more you work the more you can invest in growing the more you can smoke.
 
i meant if i start them in a heavy peat based potting soil then transplant that into coco and perlite mix will the ph be of because the main root ball will be in peat/ soil but i think im going to stick to soil because the 1 seedling i have in the peat /soil is 10 days old its been topped twice and its on like 3 nodes and the other one i have is the same age in pre charged canna and its only just about got its second set of true leafs hahaa definitely sticking to the soil mixes for now seems to be alot quicker like so much quicker
